This is Amanda. I became friends with her late in high school, and sadly I haven't seen her since, which is over 20 years ago now. She's done a lot of amazing things in her life, from class president in high school, to working as a staffer for Rep. Gabby Giffords until the horrific assassination attempt on the life of the congresswoman.
Once in awhile one of Amanda's storytelling ventures pops up online, and it makes me so happy I want to share her talent and charm with all you good people. She works for a non-profit that promotes storytelling in the nation's capital, so if this sparks your interest, check out their website.
