Howdy folks! How's everyone doing? Is anyone out there, and actually reading this? Well, here's hopin'.
This past week or so saw the release of Criterion's special edition release of Terry Zwigoff's brilliant Ghost World. In doing some surfing online after checking out this excellent release, I came across this very recent interview between Illeana Douglas and Thora Birch, both of whom starred in the film (the former as Enid's art teacher, and the latter as Enid). I wasn't aware Ms Douglas did a series of interviews for her own vodcast, which she named after her recent book, 'I Blame Dennis Hopper,' and it's really quite enjoyable. There's something super comforting about Illeana, laid back and just all around pleasant. So far I've watched this one with Ms Birch, and another with Jennifer Tilly. Check it out!
TRUMP WATCH
We know what Trump is up to nowadays on pretty much a daily basis these days, but do you know what his disciples are up to? Check it out. This is totally normal. For some reason his followers are so enamored with Trump's blinding beauty and grace, that they are unable to see how terrible he is for ALL OF US. It's just so weird to me that people don't see that quite literally everyone wins if congress gets rid of him. Democrats win, Republicans win, AMERICA wins. And everyone knows it! But as always, pride gets in the way. Gross. Meanwhile, for a laugh, this is brilliant.

I've listened to this song a few times now, and watched this video just once, and it's the most intriguing bit of music I've seen and heard this week. It's from 4AD's latest signing, an artist named Torres.
